Apollo adds fleet sales engineers for TBR business in Europe.
Apollo Tyres’ recent European debut in the Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) tyre sector has resulted in two new sales roles being added in the UK. Andrew Beckett and Jane Emson will serve as TBR fleet sales engineers for Apollo’s Vredestein division.
Beckett has several years of experience in the TBR sector, with previous roles at Michelin and a truck tyre franchise. He has a background in marketing and sales as well as experience in trend forecasting and market intelligence. Emson has a background in sales and business development. She joins Apollo Vredestein UK from Goodyear Dunlop and previously worked for Bridgestone UK.
As fleet sales engineers, the two will manage relationships with customers and distribution partners to increase sales and market share for Vredestein. They report to Apollo Vredestein UK country manager Karl Naylor and European TBR business development manager Steven Buytaert, who joined Apollo Vredestein from Michelin six months ago.
