Changes made to Goodyear’s senior leadership team.
Goodyear Tyre and Rubber has named new leaders in two of its business units. Chris Delaney has been named president of Goodyear’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business unit. He has been president of the company’s Asia Pacific business since joining Goodyear in 2015.
Ryan Patterson will succeed Delaney as president of Goodyear’s Asia Pacific business unit. He has been president of the company’s North America consumer business since September 2014. Additionally, Scott Rogers will succeed Patterson as president of North America consumer. He has been the chief marketing officer for the North America consumer business since 2009.
All of the new roles are effective immediately. The appointments were made concurrent with the announcement that Jean-Claude Kihn is retiring from his position as president of Goodyear’s EMEA business later this year. Kihn’s 30-year career at Goodyear has included key technology and business roles, including chief technical officer, president of Goodyear Brazil and president of Goodyear Latin America.
